The one thing which i had wished to witness in International cricket finally came true. Sachin straight driving into the record books by hitting a double ton in One day international.
Now here is a man, with his strokes, capable of virtually turning any office, any street any home into a stadium, with people biting their nails off and screaming on top of their lungs for every run he scores while inching towards a milestone.
Here is a man who doesnt believe in numbers, or rather doesnt seem to be satisfied with the numbers and hungry for more numbers.

Alarming Situation!
Whats the most irritating way of waking up in between a good and a sound sleep?
a) A stranger ringing the door bell asking if you are Viswanath omkarnath? huh?
b) A phone call which says you are the most valuable customer of their Bank or their telephone company... coming to think of it you might not be holding a bank account or even a telephone connection from these guys.
Well the options a and b are applicable for people who have their morning coffee before they go to bed.
c) Alarm Clock.. which by the way would have been set by you to wake up early and then starting to curse yourself and the poor clock for no fault of its own by which time you'd have heard the snoozed alarm at least 10 times before you finally decide to wake up.
Fact time..Do you Know who invented Snooze in Alarms. No points for any right guesses... but its our very own Kuttapan from Gods own Country. Now, Kuttapan one fine morning missed his alarm, slept an hour extra and reached his office late.On the way he noticed he had missed his regular bus and thought he would never make it to office that day but to his surprise he found out that there was a bus every 10 minutes to his office.He thought why not have the same system for an alarm clock. where in the alarm rings every 10 minutes reminding you to wake up. So thus came the Snooze in an alarm.
Keeping up to my promise i have tried to make my blog as informative as possible.
Now some Alarm experts like my friend who is also my roommate say that we should not wake up at the first ring of an alarm but hit the snooze on their alarm clock at least 4 to 5 times in the morning before actually opening our eyes and getting some clothes on. This according to him helps us face the challenges in the day ahead well, because the more we sleep the more we meditate as sleep is the best form of meditation.Trust me, this will be scientifically proven one day or may have already been proven, we just didnt know because we were busy meditating.
Now my mom used to the traditional way of snooze when i had to wake up early for my tuition's when i was in school. All she had to do was switch off the fan and let the mosquitoes do the rest.They would come and buzz around your ear urging you to wake up every 5 minutes, and to switch off the snooze all i had to do was kill a mosquito. This however had an additional advantage of improving your accuracy and aim with your eyes half open.
So Happy Snoozing and enjoy the song.
